Dr. Kafi brings extensive leadership experience in community services, disability supports, mental health, housing initiatives, international development, human rights advocacy, governance, and organizational leadership.
Her vision is to create a foundation that empowers communities through education, housing, mental health supports, disability inclusion, and humanitarian initiatives both in Canada and internationally.

These experiences inspired the creation of Luxe Lane Community Foundation Society—a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals, supporting vulnerable populations, and fostering sustainable social change.
